Quality & Traceability

Every parameter.
Every batch. Documented.

Our quality system goes beyond standard Indian export practice. Every batch is HPLC-verified, third-party tested, and QR-linked to a complete digital batch record accessible to your quality team.

Our quality process

Four steps from farm to your facility.

01

Manufacturer qualification

We physically visit and qualify every manufacturer before signing an MOU. We verify WHO-GMP certificate numbers against state drug controller databases, inspect production facilities, and review CoA records.

02

In-house HPLC testing

Every production batch is tested using HPLC at the manufacturing facility before dispatch. We review and approve the batch CoA before accepting the order. Non-compliant batches are rejected — not renegotiated.

03

Third-party verification

For buyers requiring independent verification, we arrange testing at NABL-accredited laboratories including Eurofins India, SGS India, and Intertek. Independent test report provided alongside manufacturer CoA.

04

QR batch record

Every drum carries a QR code linking to a digital batch record — farm origin, harvest date, extraction date, batch number, full CoA, and third-party test report. Scannable by your quality team at any time.

Traceability system

From farm to your QC lab.
